How many times a week do you say I’m tired? The world is ramping up. It’s getting noisier, louder, more connected, more combative, and we’re all just exhausted.

The days of bragging about how little sleep you get are over. There’s no prize for your second consecutive all-nighter.

We all need to sleep better, but how?

Unfortunately, there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to better health and better rest, but no one has time to sleep, let alone figure out how to upgrade the sleep they’re getting.

That’s where we come in. From figuring out how to buy a mattress, suggesting ones that work for different folks, or breaking down the newest science behind technology and wellness breakthroughs, we’ve got you.

Meet Our Team

Let us introduce ourselves. Our growing company currently spans SIX different time zones. Yes, you read that correctly. It can make scheduling a meeting challenging, but we love it.

Not one of us started out as a sleep guru or mattress expert (what even is that?) What we were is skeptical about all the noise out there, committed to wellness, and eager to learn and try something new.

There’s no traditional hierarchy at Sleep Advisor. Suggestions for improvement flow up as often as they flow down, and leadership here isn’t about power or fancy titles; it’s about building us all up.

Dana has worked as a web developer since 2016. She's keen on playing in the background of the website as much as on the frontend side. Taking a nap is a religion for her.

Our team consists of independent contractors and freelancers. Click Tree's ethos is freedom and responsibility. Freedom to work from anywhere in the world and responsibility to deliver the best possible work.

Our Core Values

Having a remote team has a ton of advantages, but it also has a few drawbacks. At the very beginning, we all sat down and hashed out what we thought it took to hold us all together and keep us growing — even when thousands of miles apart.

Check Your Ego

Many traditional company cultures put a premium on competition, where the goal is to “beat” the guy in the cubicle next to yours. But if you’re only ever focused on getting ahead, you can lose the broader picture.

“Bosses” who are frightened of their “employees” having better ideas than they do risk getting in the way of progress. Experts afraid to listen often risk letting their knowledge get moldy. Gross.

Stay Honest

Ah, the golden rule. It always seems so nice on paper, right?  But sometimes the truth is just scary.

Challenging the way things are or pointing out where someone is potentially messing up is hard. We have to trust each other with the truth, or we end up sitting on progress.

Be Curious

Our culture puts a premium on education. Whether we want to enhance our current work or try out something new in a different department, it all starts with the books we read and the courses we take. Our departments take part in regular “book clubs” and encourage coursework as a way to bring more value to the table.

Further more, the sleep industry changes EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. If we aren’t out there, challenging what we’ve read or written, our information quickly becomes outdated and useless. Whether it’s the newest results from a clinical trial or a brand new mattress that was designed to rock you to sleep, we’re out there finding out about it.

Ask Questions

When did “I don’t know” become so hard to say?  If you don’t know, ask. If none of us knows, it’s time to do research. Circle back to that first point. Ego? Gets you nowhere.

No one’s road to their best sleep is the same, and we want to help get you started. But remember, we are not scientists or doctors, and no advice we could give you takes the place of a trained medical professional who knows you, your body, and its history.

We urge you to use our information as a jumpstart to your own research and the questions you ask your doctor at your next visit.
